Indian Army SCC Technical Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit:
- For SSC (Tech)-65 Men and SSCW (Tech)-36 Women: Candidates must be aged between 20 to 27 years as of 1st October 2025. This means applicants born between 2nd October 1998 and 1st October 2005 (inclusive) are eligible.
- For Widows of Indian Armed Forces Personnel Who Passed Away in Service: SSCW (Non-Tech) [Non-UPSC] and SSCW (Tech): The upper age limit is 35 years as of 1st October 2025.
Education Qualification:
Candidates who have successfully completed their Engineering Degree program or are currently in the final year of their studies are eligible to apply. Final-year students must provide proof of passing their Engineering Degree examination, along with mark sheets for all semesters/years, no later than 01 October 2025. Additionally, they must submit their Engineering Degree Certificate within 12 weeks from the start of training at the Pre-Commissioning Training Academy (PCTA). These candidates will be enrolled on an Additional Bond Basis, which allows for the recovery of training costs at PCTA, as well as any stipend and pay/allowances received, if they fail to present the required degree certificate. ‘For more information read official notification’.
